I consider $500 a night to be expensive. But this condo was worth it. Location was fabulous = ocean just across the street. the only time the street was busy was at dusk when people flocked to see the sunset - which we could see from a chaise just outside the living room, glass of wine in hand. The grounds were manicured M-F and immaculate. Our neighbours (if any) were very quiet. Condo was large and offered excellent privacy for 2 couples.

There are few words to really describe our family vacation. Two grandmothers, a family friend, and our family of four enjoyed the beauty of Kauai, the friendliness of the Island residents, great places to eat, fabulous shopping and even the weather cooperated in spite of a day or two of light rain. Plan to come back next year for another Christmas week vacation!

It's so nice to have a place to come 'home' to while on vacation. Relax in front of a big screen. Cook up a storm in the kitchen. Sleep peacefully on a king size bed. And nothing beats the satisfying ocean front view.
