    The crowd on the road during the evening hours was very loud and disturbing to the extent it didn't feel safe to take my grandchildren to the "rock wall" to enjoy the sunsets. At one point a local man actually entered the gate, put his beer on the wall and started playing football (while being very load and obnoxious) with his nephew on the front lawn. It was a safety issue when he practically ran over my 2 year old granddaughter. When I asked him to leave (which he eventually did after calling me various names I won't mention here), he acted like it was his divine birth right to be there. I actually thought he might gather his friends and return to the property to attack me.
    Has anyone considered setting the timing on the sprinklers along the ocean side to go on about 5pm? This would at least discourage cars from parking on the sidewalk side of the street....
    I would also consider installing camera's on the buildings pointing to the street (some fake some real). This might discourage underage drinking (which there seemed to be plenty of). I must say, not having a resident manager on site left me feeling a little vulnerable, but that's just me.
    I just can't imagine the impact of a guest stay for those units directly on the ocean side.

    Overall the staff and location were fantastic. The unit (#15) was clean but very out-dated and needs to be remodeled. Carpet pad seemed to have disintegrated in places and the walls desperately need a coat of paint. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean. There was a great deal of landscape and tree maintenance going on while we were there, so the property overall was noisy during the daytime.

    Overall I think the property is nice but overpriced. The units are large and clean but both units we were in need updating to be worth the price paid. The carpets, wall coverings and furniture are from the 1980's.
    I can rent a nicer unit right on the beach in Mexico, nicer beach, better weather, for much less. Food is very expensive, as are your restaurants.

    In contrast to the 5 other units we have stayed in at P.K., this one was bit dated, and the furnishings not very comfortable. Otherwise, another great visit!
