  Our party of eight (brothers, sisters and spouses) stayed in this condo and in #9 and we all had a marvelous time. Overall this condo was very comfortable, with a great view (we saw whales from the lanai). We didn't cook in this condo so I can't vouch for the cookware, but there is a great new refrigerator with ice machine. A few things could be upgraded a bit, particularly upstairs, but we would happily stay in this condo again.

  We have only good things to say about our Hawaiian Christmas at Poipu! The property is a lovely one--we especially enjoyed the amazing view from the patio and the sound of the surf at night! Any one of the four of us would most definitely choose to come here again.

  This is a first class condominium resort. Not a lot of services, but that's not why you're there. It sits on the south eastern coast of Kauai in the perfect spot for sunsets. In fact the locals are there every night and mornings too soaking in the sites.
  
  The property itself is extremely well maintained, clean and a joy to be at. It has a great pool area and has never been crowded during either of our two stays. I don't know what it's like peak season when the schools are out.
  
  The units are individually owned but rented through the property management firm. With full kitchens and the BBQ by the pool you can't beat it. There is no restaurant on site but many of all types and price ranges minutes away. Don't miss the Beach House for a nice romantic, and expensive, special night out at sunset.
  
  Poipu Kapilli is not cheap but you get what you pay for and they deliver.
