The only thing I would change with regards to the unit we rented is the decor. While the unit was very clean and well maintained, it was "overdecorated". It would be nice if it was a little 'lighter' IE- hardwood floors instead of wall-to-wall carpet and maybe a lighter paint color on the walls. Thank you.

Poipu Kapili #19 is a wonderful 1-bedroom condo. Very well appointed with luxurious furnishings and a great place to spend some time. I hope to be able to return in the future and will look up Poipu Kapili again!

My stay at PK exceeded my expectations. The condo was exceptional. Great decor and furnishings. The washer and dryer in the room was very convenient. Great location. The only drawback, which was minor, was that the AC unit in the room was a little loud but it did keep us comfortable at night.

We arrived in Poipu tired and disgusted from our long and delay ridden flight from Florida to find a beautiful Home away from Home. Poipu Kapilli was a lovely complex with pretty landscaping and grounds. The pool was relaxing and inviting. Our condo was decorated perfectly for a Hawaiian getaway. The owners had it stocked with everything we could possibly need. The condo was comfortable and in a perfect location in Poipu Beach. The only downside was the construction going on in the parking lot behind another building (not ours) with equipment beeping all day. Also this caused some parking issues in the complex. All in all this was a minor inconvenience as we had a wonderful stay and would love to go back.

Condo #19 was gorgeous. Quality furnishings throughout; VERY comfortable sectional. Well equipped condo with lovely decor. Would have rated this condo a perfect 5 stars if it had central AC. It was very hot and there was very little airflow through the condo. In fact, the LR and kitchen were sweltering by early afternoon. The only relief was the pool or the air conditioned bedroom. Heard a lot of noise from the people staying above us.

The condo with very nice. The size was spacious for the two of us and fully equipped with all to suit our needs even for the beach. The furniture was very comfortable even though we didn't, spend much time indoor. The grounds were very beautiful and the attention given to them was constant. The pool was lovely and nice to come home and relax after a day out and about.
The only negative comment was the the condo was dark because of its location.

Unit 19 had everything you could want for a comfortable stay. New and very tastfully decorated. Having an in-unit laundry was particularly nice. The condo grounds are beautiful and the location is easy walking distance to everything. We will definitly be back, hopfully there will be more sun next time. The umbrella in the unit came in handy.
